OOC: Romulan Exchange Officer

I actually made a mistake by thinking up a new name for the Romulan Exchange Officer (Patahk), he was actually mentioned in a previous post under a different name (Letek)... Thus, according to the rule of 'first come, first served', we shall call him Sublieutenant Letek... He will also be added to the Crew Manifest soon(ish) with this name and rank...
