Personality:

A brutal Tal'Shiar operative who thinks that the ends always justify the means. Appearantly without a conscience. He hates the federation as he blames them for the death of his wife, which is almost sixty years ago now. Both his troubled life and Tal'Shiar training has formed him into the man he now is, a ruthless killer with a vision that one day the Romulan Star Empire finally overcomes the Federation. Bokma has respect for Sock based on rank but in reality he thinks Sock is a whimp, always trying to take the political route out of a confrontation.
