Personality:

On the exterior Fela seems like a confident young woman but in reality she is a bit more shy and unsure as she shows herself. She is very self concious and spends literally hours in front of the mirror if her make up or hair won't get into shape.

For the more serious business she tends to hide behind her bigger sister, who has raised her after their parents perished in the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor. With her sister being very protective of her she has very little idea of the terrible things that happened in the Dominion War and other gruisome happenings in the past.
